THE CENTER FOR CHURCH RESOURCES

The Center for Church Resources is an independent organization whose sole purpose is to provide resources for church leaders, ministers, missionaries, Bible class teachers and those interested in serious Bible, Ministry, Missions, and Leadership studies. 

The Center for Church Resources is not a university or college offering degrees or diplomas in biblical studies or ministry.

The Center for Church Resources operates in association with Abilene Christian University and the Center for Ministry Resources of the university and the College of Biblical studies.  The Center for Church Resources is not a division of ACU but operates in association with the university.

The director of the Center for Church Resources is Dr. Ian A. Fair.

The Center operates in conjunction with an Advisory Board who provide direction in regard tot he operation and function of the Center.

The Advisory Board for the Center is comprised of the following persons:

Deon Fair - Business and Strategy Planning Consultant, MSc. A & M University in Business and Computer Applications

Bart Moyers - Former Missionary to Latin America, Business Consultant, MBA in Business

Becki Moyers - Former Missionary to Latin America

Tom Dolan - Computer and Technology Consultant, BSc. ACU in Communication

Gene Chapin - Minister, MA ACU in Bible and Ministry

All of the personnel on the Advisory Board are members of Churches of Christ.  Churches of Christ have no central headquarters, but function as a fellowship of autonomous churches under Christ.  Members of the Church of Christ adhere to the Bible as the inspired word of God, and believe it to be normative and authoritative in all matters of faith and practice.

The staff of the Center are active members of he Church of Christ.  We are committed to the biblical principles of New Testament Christianity.  We believe in the inspiration of Scripture, the divinity of Christ, and the saving efficacy of his death burial and historical resurrection from the dead, and a non denominational view of Christianity.

Links from our web sites are for students engaged in serious research and are intended to provide resources for a serious study of Scripture and the Christian faith.

Neither the Center nor Abilene Christian University support all of the views represented by links from the Center's pages.
